   - Selector, descriptor, descriptor tables (GDT, LDT, IDT)
   - Task gate, call gate, interrupt gate, trap gate
   - Task switch, interrupt and exception handling
   - From real-mode to protected mode

Mixed Operation
   - USE16, USE32

Paging Unit, Debug Unit

Hardware
   - Set-up and function of x86 processors
   - Bus interface, signals and timing diagrams

SW Development Tools

Exercise on the Development System
